The Srinagar Metropolitan Region Master Plan–2035 is the operative, notified plan (approved by the State Administrative Council and notified via SRO-160 dated 07-03-2019). It expands the metropolitan planning limits to approximately 766 sq. km and provides the policy/land-use framework guiding SDA's development control and implementation.
